2019 Dinamico Red Wine M/W

The bouquet is fresh, fruity, with some evident notes of red berries and just at the end some slight note of the oak/ vanilla that is very sweet and pleasant. This wine has to give the sensation of an easy and simple wine while drinking. This wine preserves different DNA of grape varieties of different origins in a glass that give us the lively structure, never muscular, but rich of juice and in part savory. The tannins are present and alive but not aggressive. A slight acidity renders it fresh and pleasant to drink and contributes to a perfect food pairing.
