Dinamico Limited Edition, L''astemia Pentita

Not invasive but rich of notes of mature fruit (blackberry and cherry), after a few minutes more developed sensations appear (leather, mature plum) with the final of a pleasant hint of oak that is well blended in the bouquet. The tannins are present and alive but not aggressive. The slight acidity renders it fresh and pleasant to drink and contributes to a perfect food pairing.
