Barolo DOCG, L'astemia Pentita 2016

The wine has an open olfactory profile, intense and expressive. The flavours of blackberries and plums’ jam are quite evident, as well as some slight balsamic and spicy notes, with some tiny sensations of liquorice and brushwood. In the palate the wine structure is smooth and the full body of this Barolo promises the positive future evolution. It is a gastronomic wine and we advise to pair it with the important entrées to enjoy it better.
