Alazani Valley White, Kakheti 2021

Crafted from primarily Rkatsiteli grapes grown in picturesque valley of Alazani & Agrichay rivers, Kakheti, Eastern Georgia. Ripe apple, quince, and melon aromas. Gentle natural sweetness of candied fruit, white flowers and apple jam followed by citrus finale. Serve at 8-12˚C as an aperitif, accompaniment to light desserts and spicy dishes. Peacock is the symbol of the winery. Alexandre Dumas compared the opening of the peacock’s tail to the tasting Georgian wine that: “opens up slowly and gently, you feel dazzling and pleasurable sensation and you want the feeling to last.”
