The historic 18thc property was acquired in 1990s and by now Ch. Jouvente is a family sustainable 9Ha estate, a rising star in Graves.
The vines are planted in gravel/clay soils around the historic building. 62% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon & 8% Petit Verdot are vinified separately, blended and aged in Fr. oak for 12 months.
