Bullas has produced wine since Roman times. Bullas Monastrell known for brighter plum and licorice notes than other Mourvedre varieties. Select ripe grapes are picked to craft med – bodied, fresh, young and fruity wine.
Serve at 14 ºC with cold cuts, cream and soft cheese, white meats, poultry stews, meat stews served with seasonal vegetables.
